    Long lens astro with EP1

Using a Telyt 400mm f6.8 on my EP1 with an adapter. Surprising quality. The moon speaks for itself; the other picture has Jupiter (overexposed) with 3 of moons, and in the upper left, Uranus.

    Amazing...

How long was the exposure time?
    Shot form a "normal" tripod?

I used a standard Tiltall tripod. The moon was exposed at bout 1/800 second and the planets at 1/2 second. I bracketed a bit and those were optimal exposures wide-open. Used ISO 1000.

Pretty impressive, particularly getting the Uranus Jupiter combination with a standard tripod. After tightening things down one has to account for the sagging that occurs. Very touchy, good job.
