Thread: Noisy vs Quiet Lenses for Video Shooting

I note that some lenses are very noisy when focusing and that makes video almost unusable with the lens. Which are the noisiest and quietest from your experience?

I have shot w/ the 70-300 Panny and find that it is very noisy when it focuses! I also use the 45-200 Panny and find it MUCH quieter!

Go with manual focus settings, prejudge your focus and DOF and you will be golden with any lens
