Next month in Germany two big events will take place: The IFA in Berlin (September 3rd - 8th) and the photokina in Cologne (September 21st - 26th). All manufacturers will use these opportunities to present new products. Of course we will visit both events and will have interviews with Sony product managers.

So - what are your questions regarding the Sony NEX system?
For example regarding ...
- Current products and new gear
- Strategy and market estimations
- Technology, design and usability

We'll sum up the results and present them here in the forum!

Lenses, lenses, lenses: In particular, are there plans for an E-mount version of the Sony 30mm f/2.8 macro (I think it's the perfect NEX prime lens)? Can we expect Zeiss lenses for the E-mount (like say, the 16-80?). What about a fast standard zoom (say, 17-50 f/2.8)?

Autofocus with the A-mount adapter: is it ever going to happen? What about if it was only for SAM lenses? Or have they abandoned plans for AF with a-mount lenses?

Fixes / improvements to the NEX menus: will we see these in future firmware updates or are they going to be saved up for future camera models (grrrr....). In particular, most experienced photographers (and almost everyone else after a few weeks) want to be able to reassign the Shooting Tips button to a custom function or menu. Do Sony have any plans for this? Please, please, pretty please?

1)Concerning the upcomming NEX VG10 ; since it uses the same sensor as the NEX5 , will it have less moiré ? I hope so since I have a lot of bad clips already with my NEX5 (which is not so bad since it's first of all a photo camera)
If the VG10 doesn't do a better job at this , I won't buy it !

2) for the NEX VG10 : is there any way we can have a motorized zoom since it's nearly impossible for zooming manually and keep the camera stable with the other hand.

3) And I have off course the same question regarding the NEX5 : Please improve the menus. I'm taking a lot of pictures of my children . When I see that the auto mode doesn't do the job, I d'ont have the time to change all settings in all the different menu's. The moment is just gone.

4) NEX5 Sugestion : please make it possible to use the flash in the autom. mode on the NEX5

5) NEX5 : Please make it possible to change the shooting tips button for example :
- change the button into a bookmark
or even better
- when in autom. mode, 1 keypress to change into P mode, 2 keypresses to go into A mode etc more keypresses to come back into autom mode

6) NEX5 : make it possible to add a frame on the viewscreen in order to know in advance when pressing the movie record button what part of the screen will be recorded to video

7) please fix the bug where the file number for movies does not increase when you delete files. instead the "old" file numbers are used again.

I am wondering

1. What Sony's future plan for full frame DSLR cameras
2. If Sony will make full frame mirrowless cameras in future

I would buy a replacement for my NEX5 right away if it had an EVF. Is it possible to add one to NEX3/5? Is there one planned for future? My other wish is for image stabilization.
There are some bugs in the NEX5 firmware, will they be fixed soon?

1) Expanding the bracketing exposure function. I dont see why it's restricted to only +- 0.7, when it can easily be expanded to +-2.0
