only for NEX-5?
Really fine photos. I have been looking at getting one of the various mirror-less cameras, and looked briefly at the NEX 5 the other day. I have noticed that the image quality of the NEX 5 shots seems quite good. But one of the drawbacks that is repeated in several reviews is the complex menu system, requiring extra steps in the menus to change settings. Please give me your honest view on this matter. I already assume you like the camera, but would like to know your view on this specifically.
Many thanks
Woodrow
oops sorry, if the admin can change the title, is fine with me...
The menu system does not in anyway reduce the joy of using this camera. With the latest firmware it does helpas initially what bugs me is the ISO setting which is hidden now it can be configure to allow changes in the main menu. The image quality is comparable to most crop DSLR system. I am a canon DSLR user and still using it. The main differrence between the two is the color. My personal experience is that I need to edit more to get the colors from Nex to the actually color that I sees with my eyes...![]()
