First, let me say that I do not use the video function of my E-PL1. That said, you can see how the little red button was always messing me up. I was making videos inadvertently almost every time I used the camera. I was griping to another E-PL1 owner and he showed me how to simply turn the button off or reconfigure it to do something else. I turned it off and making still pictures has become much more pleasant.
